“The 6 magicians leading “Magic on Purpose” gave me strong new perspectives on innovation not through just magic but through a deliberate teaching plan in which I experienced wonder, awe, and new perspectives. Then I was given the opportunity to learn the back story from the individual magician and finally reflect on the implications of the lesson for me. This was so well done!”
Doug Gundlach | Principal, Research and Development, SC Johnson
“A team of magicians called ‘Magic On Purpose,’ presented us with an array of mind-bending card, coin and rope tricks, making things appear and disappear at will. But the magic wasn’t for the sake of mere entertainment. It served to explore the idea of what it takes to make magic happen. I found a lot of relevance to leadership.”
Lyndon Rego | Executive Director, Center for Leadership, African Leadership University
“You kind of ruined magic for me. I feel like if I went to a magic show, it would be for entertainment, and it would be empty. The purposefulness of the messaging that you guys offer is so powerful and moving. I don't know if I could sit there and not have someone teach me a lesson behind every experience that gave me that sense of wonder.”
